Licence numbers and expiry dates are what your company entered. We hold them, warn you about them and refuse kit against them — we never claim we confirmed them with a board.
The record is yours
Officer records, equipment ledgers, post-order versions and client agreements are your data. Export them whenever you like; closing your account does not entitle us to keep using them.

Movements, refusals and published orders are written to be read later by an insurer, a client or a court — which is why refusals are recorded at all.
